What EndoTracking is

EndoTracking is an iPhone app for logging endometriosis symptoms, pain, medication, and daily context, then seeing your own patterns over time. Free use covers unlimited symptom check-ins, history, and basic trends. Premium adds a pattern-based flare-risk summary of your own logs and a doctor-ready PDF report you can bring to an appointment or share from your device.

EndoTracking is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or predict endometriosis or any medical event. Anything the app shows you is a summary of what you logged, not a clinical opinion — read more in our editorial policy.

Who's behind it

EndoTracking is built and operated by a small independent team (trading as Openverse). We are not a hospital, charity, or the NHS/HSE, and we are not affiliated with any of the health services or organisations we link to or cite. Pages without a named individual byline are written by the EndoTracking Editorial Team — see the byline on each guide.

How we research and review guides

Educational guides on this site are researched from current official health-system guidance (for example NHS, NICE, HSE, gov.ie) and patient-advocacy organisations (for example Endometriosis UK), with source links you can check yourself at the bottom of each article. We do not invent statistics, clinicians, medical reviewers, or user testimonials. When a page has not been reviewed by a qualified clinician, it says so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Full detail is in theeditorial & medical content policy.
