Frequently Asked Questions
Is EndoTracking free?
Yes. EndoTracking is free to download. Free covers symptom check-ins, the pain body map, cycle context, trends, medication and history records, CSV export, and the report preview. Optional Premium adds the formatted PDF report and the personal flare-risk trend.
Is my health data private?
Your detailed symptom, pain, food, treatment, and cycle records are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to EndoTracking servers. Current iOS builds use privacy-redacted session replay for interface debugging: text, inputs, images, health selections, and health-data graphics are masked on-device, while only reviewed public product UI is readable. Anonymous event payloads do not include health values or written entries. See our Privacy Policy for details about earlier versions.
How does the flare predictor work?
The premium flare-risk estimate summarizes patterns in your own recent check-ins after at least 14 distinct logged days. It does not use weather or an external AI service, cannot predict a medical event, and is not a diagnosis.
Can I share the GP Report with my doctor?
Yes. With premium, EndoTrack generates a PDF locally from the date range you choose. You can send it using your device share sheet or save it through the system file picker. EndoTracking does not receive the report contents.
Can I get a copy of my diary?
Yes. In the app, open your profile and choose Export Data (CSV) to save your entries as a spreadsheet file. It is free. Treat the file as sensitive health data and store it somewhere you trust.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose EndoTrack, and tap Cancel. You normally keep premium access until the end of the current paid billing period.
The app is not working. What should I do?
First, force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with what you were doing, what happened, your device model, operating-system version, and app version. Do not include symptom notes, medication names, or other sensitive health details.
